Sit Minder (“the app”) is developed by Timothy Wisleder. This policy describes how the app handles information.

Summary

Sit Minder does not collect, transmit, or sell personal data. The app works entirely on your device. There is no account, no analytics SDK, and no backend server operated by the developer for app functionality.

Data stored on your device

The app stores the following locally on your iPhone and Apple Watch:

Meditation presets and timer settings
Preferences (for example, default alert sounds and Shortcuts names you enter)
Custom audio files you import
Active timer state while a session is running

This data remains on your devices and is not sent to the developer. Uninstalling the app removes app data from that device.

Apple services

The app uses standard Apple frameworks (for example, notifications, Live Activities, widgets, WatchConnectivity, and optional Siri Shortcuts). Those services are governed by Apple’s privacy policies. The developer does not receive your data through these features.

Third-party content

If you configure the app to run an iOS Shortcut by name, that action is handled by Apple’s Shortcuts app under your control. The developer does not access your Shortcuts library.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.

Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest revision.
