Common questions

Timer alerts while the phone is locked

Enable Notifications for Sit Minder in iOS Settings, including Lock Screen and Sounds. For audio alerts during a sit, start a session while the app can play audio in the background. Live Activity controls appear on the Lock Screen when Live Activities are enabled.

Apple Watch

Open Sit Minder on your iPhone to sync presets to the watch. The watch app runs timers on your wrist; preset edits are made on the phone.

Widgets and Live Activity

Add widgets from the Home Screen widget gallery or configure Control Center shortcuts from the app’s preset list. Live Activity starts automatically when you begin a sit from the app or a widget.
